Social Media Week in Hong Kong
Social Media Week is a global platform that connects people, content, and conversation around emerging trends in social and mobile media. Social Media Week takes place during two weeks (one in February, one in September) each year in different cities across the globe. The event was first launched in New York City in 2009 and attracted over 2,500 participants, and now takes place in London, Paris, Los Angeles, Sao Paolo, and Mexico City among others, and will launch in Asia for the first time in Hong Kong in 2011. The event has attracted sponsors including The New York Times, TIME Magazine, PepsiCo, Fast Company, WIRED Magazine and many more.
This event is coming for the first time to Asia - Hong Kong, with impactasia as city partner initiating and gathering the best minds in Digital, Online PR, Media, bloggers, Twitteratis and SNS channels to participate and engage with community, industry people.
